FIELD CORE TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and S2 Tech LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the FieldCore mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Service").
BY DOWNLOADING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
1. THE SERVICE
FieldCore is a white-label field service management platform that provides business owners and technicians with tools for job scheduling, client management, invoicing, estimates, team messaging, inventory tracking, reporting, and related functionality.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
2.1 Account Creation.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
2.2 Account Responsibility.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 Account Deletion.
You may permanently delete your account at any time by navigating to More → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTO-RENEWABLE PURCHASES
3.1 Subscription Tiers. The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

3.2 Add-On Modules. The following add-ons are available as separate subscriptions:

3.3 Payment Processing.
All subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
3.4 Auto-Renewal.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
3.5 Managing Subscriptions.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
3.6 Free Trials.
Any free trial period offered, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed at the time of sign-up. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period has ended.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
4.1 Cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4.2 Refunds.
All payments are final. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with applicable law. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
5. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security measures

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Our IP.
The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by S2 Tech LLC.
6.2 Your Data.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process such data solely to provide the Service to you.
7. PRIVACY
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at s2tech.info/fieldcore/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. WHITE-LABEL TERMS
8.1 White-Label Plans.
Users who subscribe to the White-Label plan may customize the App's branding, including colors, logo, and app name, subject to approval of any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
8.2 No Transfer of Ownership.
White-label customization does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property to you.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, S2 TECH LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL S2 TECH LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless S2 Tech LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
