1. INTRODUCTION

 

S2 Tech LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the FieldCore 

mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we 

collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use 

our App. Please read this policy carefully. By using FieldCore, you 

agree to the practices described herein.

 

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

 

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

- Account registration: name, email address, phone number, password

- Business information: business name, address, phone, email

- Client records: client names, addresses, phone numbers, email 

  addresses you enter into the App

- Job and service records: job descriptions, notes, photos, 

  signatures, checklists

- Financial data: invoice amounts, payment records, expense records

- Communications: messages sent through the App's messaging features

- Profile information: profile photo, role, preferences

 

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

- Device information: device model, operating system version, 

  unique device identifiers

- App usage data: features accessed, actions taken, session duration

- Log data: error logs, crash reports, performance data

- Network information: IP address at time of account creation

 

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

- We do not collect precise location data

- We do not track you across third-party apps or websites

- We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA)

- We do not collect data from your contacts, photos, or camera 

  beyond what you explicitly submit through the App

 

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

 

We use the information we collect to:

- Provide, operate, and maintain the FieldCore platform

- Process transactions and manage your subscription

- Send service-related notifications (job assignments, invoice 

  updates, payment confirmations)

- Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues

- Improve app performance and user experience

- Comply with legal obligations

- Detect and prevent fraud or security incidents

- Send administrative communications about your account

 

We do NOT use your information for:

- Targeted advertising

- Sale to third parties

- Profiling for purposes unrelated to the Service

 

4. APPLE PLATFORM — DATA LINKED TO YOU

 

In accordance with Apple App Store requirements, the following data 

categories are collected and linked to your identity:

We do NOT collect data for tracking purposes. We do not link your 

data to third-party data for advertising or sell it to data brokers.

 

5. APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY

 

FieldCore does NOT track users across third-party apps or websites. 

We do not use your data for targeted advertising. No ATT permission 

prompt is shown because no tracking occurs.

 

6. BIOMETRIC DATA

 

FieldCore uses Face ID for authentication. Face ID biometric data 

is processed entirely by Apple's secure enclave on your device. 

S2 Tech LLC does not access, store, or transmit biometric 

data. Face ID usage is governed by Apple's privacy framework.

 

7. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

 

We share your data only with:

 

7.1 Service Providers (data processors acting on our behalf)

- Supabase Inc. — cloud database and authentication infrastructure

- Stripe Inc. — payment processing for invoices and subscriptions

- Twilio Inc. — SMS notifications (when enabled)

- Resend Inc. — transactional email delivery

All service providers are bound by data processing agreements and 

may not use your data for their own purposes.

 

7.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, 

or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or 

safety of S2 Tech LLC, our users, or the public.

 

7.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your 

data may be transferred. We will notify you via email and/or 

in-app notice before your data is subject to a new privacy policy.

 

7.4 We NEVER:

- Sell your personal information to third parties

- Share your data with advertisers

- Use your client data for any purpose beyond operating the App

 

8. DATA RETENTION

 

- Active accounts: data retained for the lifetime of your account

- Deleted accounts: data deleted within 30 days of account deletion 

  request, except where retention is required by law

- Backup systems: may retain data for up to 90 days in encrypted 

  backups after deletion

- Financial records: invoice and payment records may be retained 

  for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance

 

9. DATA SECURITY

 

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

- TLS encryption for all data in transit

- AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest

- Row-level security (RLS) enforced at the database level

- iOS Keychain for all sensitive credential storage

- Biometric authentication (Face ID)

- SSL certificate pinning to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks

- Regular security audits

 

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We 

cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting 

your information using industry best practices.

 

10. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

 

10.1 Access and Correction

You may access and update your personal information at any time 

through the App's Settings screen.

 

10.2 Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data:

- In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account

- Email: support@s2tech.info

We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

 

10.3 Data Export

You may export your data at any time from Settings → Data Migration 

→ Export. Exports are provided in CSV format.

 

10.4 Notifications

You may opt out of push notifications through your device's 

Settings → Notifications → FieldCore.

 

10.5 Subscription Management

You may manage or cancel your FieldCore subscription at any time 

through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device.

 

11. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA)

 

California residents have the following rights under the California 

Consumer Privacy Act:

- Right to Know: request disclosure of personal information collected

- Right to Delete: request deletion of personal information

- Right to Opt-Out: we do not sell personal information — no 

  opt-out required

- Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you 

  for exercising your privacy rights

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

 

FieldCore is a business-to-business platform not directed at 

children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information 

from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently 

collected such information, contact us immediately at 

support@s2tech.info and we will delete it promptly.

 

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

 

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services 

(e.g., Google Reviews, payment portals). This Privacy Policy does 

not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review 

the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

 

14. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

 

S2 Tech LLC is based in the United States. If you access 

FieldCore from outside the United States, your information will be 

transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the App, 

you consent to this transfer.

 

15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify 

you of material changes by:

- Sending an email to your registered address

- Displaying a prominent notice in the App

- Requiring re-acceptance if changes are material

 

Changes take effect 30 days after notice is provided for existing 

users. Continued use of the App after that period constitutes 

acceptance of the updated policy.
